Webinar interest request
If you request information about the upcoming clinician webinar, we collect the email address you submit, the time of consent, the page where you submitted the form, the referring website domain, and any UTM campaign values in the link you used. Do not enter medical information, patient information, or any other sensitive information. The form has one email field only
This information is used to send the confirmed webinar details and to understand which outreach source generated the request. It is not sold or used to create a patient profile. You may request deletion at any time through the contact page

This information is processed by the hosting provider for the operation of the website

Vercel hosts the website and processes normal server and security logs. Supabase stores webinar interest requests in a restricted database. Google Analytics processes website measurement data only after analytics consent. Each provider processes data under its own security and privacy terms

Webinar interest data is kept only as long as needed to communicate confirmed webinar information, maintain an accurate suppression or request record, meet legal obligations, or resolve a privacy request. Access is restricted to the site owner and authorized service providers. No internet service is completely secure

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information, or withdraw consent. To make a request, use the contact page. We may need to verify that the request concerns your email address before acting on it
